Project Officer

Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Project Officers who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. This role requires the ability to build and sustain strong relationships. Our collaborative department is in need of an enthusiastic individual who embraces challenges and is committed to making a positive impact within environement for the state government sector.

About your new role

The Project Officer will be responsible for coordinating privacy and responsible information sharing readiness activities, which involves tracking progress and assisting with updates for the Office of Information Management, the Corporate Management Committee and the Office of Digital Government. They will support the development of various privacy and responsible information sharing implementation materials, including templates, guidance documents, intranet content, collection notices, and privacy statements

What you will need to exceed

• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Must have

• The ideal candidate must have advanced expertise in using MS Projects and possess exceptional scheduling skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately maintain registers, records, and project documentation.
• Well-developed written communication skills, with experience preparing clear and concise documents.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a small team, including staff across multiple business areas.
• The ability to research, analyse, and summarise information effectively.
• A demonstrated ability to use Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Planner.

Desirable

• Experience working in information management, privacy, governance, compliance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act (PRIS Act) or similar privacy and information-sharing legislation.
